Newark, Delaware is located on the East coast of the U.S. with easy access to major metropolitan areas including Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and New York City as well as Delaware beaches. There is growing and welcoming community of students from Latin and Central America who participated in this program in the past and returned as Ph.D. students.
